You’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success – holding financial, risk and operational accountability – ensuring customer advocacy is at the heart of all you and your team do. You will recruit, coach and elevate your team to deliver a superior banking experience, ultimately contributing to the branch's success.This is a 15-month maternity leave contract until July 2026.
