About the role
The Senior Specialist - Digital Acquisition is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and execution of paid digital acquisition marketing/performance campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and other performance channels. Using a data-driven approach, the Senior Specialist defines and optimises performance marketing campaigns to achieve growth in reach and engagement for Australian Red Cross online. This role is accountable for meeting acquisition targets through performance channels, driving significant revenue for the organisation.
Day to day, you will:
Campaign Management: Develop, plan, execute, and optimise strategic digital performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to achieve robust traffic, engagement, donation revenue, and lead targets.
Strategy and Optimisation: Work with stakeholders to respond to briefs and use a data-driven approach to define and optimize the strategic paid performance media channel mix, campaign targeting, and segmentation to maximise campaign performance.
Budget Management: Manage a significant annual investment in channel spend, focusing on continuous optimisation, results, and improved ROI.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide in-depth reporting, analysis, and presentations of campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CVR, and ROI.
What you will bring
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns across performance marketing channels, such as paid social and paid search
* Proven experience developing performance marketing strategies for revenue and lead generation campaigns
* Significant Experience with successfully planning, managing and optimising multiple digital campaigns in parallel
* Proven experience with tracking and Google Tag Manager
* Experience with developing and implementing advanced performance marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Experience managing larger budgets to drive revenue and acquisition targets
* Demonstrated success in translating data into actionable insights to identify growth opportunities
