We are currently seeking a Parts Assistant Manager to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility in Port Hedland.
This is a fulltime position and would ideally suit an applicant that can provide the following:
Key Responsibilities
* Primary contact for all parts enquiries
* Monitor emails for parts queries
* Maintenance of parts through Titan DMS
* Ensure timely quoting of all items & feedback to customers
* Input of external & internal orders through Titan DMS
* Issue of parts to service and external customers
* Assist stock take procedures
* Carry out all Primary parts interpreting tasks
Key Requirements
* Parts Knowledge (Truck or Car)
* Team player approach
* Great attention to detail
* High level of communication skills
* Possess competent computer skills
* Ability to perform general duties as required
* A police clearance
* Excellent time management skills
* Enthusiasm
* Positive attitude
* Great work ethic
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
