We are seeking an experienced
Process Intelligence Consultant
with deep expertise in
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
, process transformation, and consulting leadership within the
Telecommunications industry
. This role will drive end‑to‑end process intelligence engagements, lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders, and deliver executive‑ready insights that shape large transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong Telco domain knowledge, exceptional analytical capability, and the ability to simplify complex processes and technical concepts for senior executives. This is a senior consulting role requiring autonomy, leadership, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Intelligence & Transformation Delivery
* Lead and deliver
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
engagements end‑to‑end, including data ingestion, process modelling, analysis, and insights.
* Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify process inefficiencies, and generate actionable transformation recommendations.
* Build
BPMN process maps
, establish process hierarchies, and link
Signavio Process Manager
models to PI insights for traceability and impact measurement.
* Deliver insights that clearly define the problem, approach, and measurable business outcomes.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting Leadership
* Lead, facilitate, and structure workshops with SMEs, business stakeholders, and process owners.
* Translate complex process intelligence findings into plain English for senior executives, ensuring clarity and business relevance.
* Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and well‑structured storytelling.
* Prepare
executive-ready documentation
, including findings, recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
3. Workstream Ownership & Execution
* Own and run complex workstreams with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong delivery discipline and autonomy.
* Prioritise work, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
* Manage expectations, timelines, and communication with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Industry & Domain Expertise
* 10+ years
of experience in the
Telecommunications (Telco) domain
.
* Deep understanding of Telco processes such as fulfillment, assurance, service delivery, billing, customer operations, and field services.
Process Intelligence & Transformation
* 5+ years
hands-on experience running
process transformation programs
.
* 5+ years
of hands-on experience using
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
, including:
* Data modelling
* Event log mapping
* Process analysis
* Insight generation
* Process Manager integration
* Strong mastery of
process mapping (BPMN)
and ability to build end‑to‑end process flows.
Consulting & Communication Skills
* Proven consulting experience, including:
* Leading workshops
* Running stakeholder engagements
* Shaping requirements
* Structuring presentations and insights
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to translate technical and process-heavy content into simple, clear business language for non-technical leaders.
Leadership & Delivery Excellence
* Demonstrated ability to run complex workstreams independently.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with structured thinking.
