Most positions start as Casual but can lead to Full-Time / Part-Time.

RSA certificate (QLD)
RSG certificate (QLD) - or willing to obtain within 2 weeks of starting
DoFoodSafely certificate (free training: http://dofoodsafely.health.vic.gov.au/en/ )
Broad bar product knowledge of beers, draft beer, pre-mix drinks, basic wine knowledge
Have Keno experience or willing to learn
Items in the Bar Attendant above plus:
RSG certificate (QLD)
Items in the Bar Attendant above plus:
Prior TAB experience
TAB Compliance or willing to renew
Duty Managers
Need to have all the Gaming, TAB & Bar Attendant items plus:
5+ years Hospitality or Retail experience
2+ years Supervisory experience
Solid problem-solving skills and a can-do approach
Classes themselves as a customer service legend
RMLV– current or willingness to recertify
Not afraid of computers
Current Drivers' License (with a safe driving history)
Food and Beverage Attendants
Experienced in Bistro/ Restaurant food service

Basic bar skills (or willingness to learn)
RSA (or willingness to obtain)
Willing to learn coffee making
Solid coffee making skills

Basic bar skills (or willingness to learn)
RSA (or willingness to obtain)
Solid Beverage knowledge (knowledge about wines, tap beers, spirits, cocktails)
Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
Current Drivers' License (with a safe driving history)
Must be physically fit and able to lift 15+kg safely
Physically fit and willing to work hard scrubbing pots and pans

Not allergies to touching foods
No cleaning chemical allergies
Need to have all the Kitchen Hands items plus:
Trade Certificate (for Chefs)

Experience in working in fast paced high-volume kitchens
Need to be physically fit.
Able to move tables and chairs to set-up for functions
(Room Attendant roles only available at Carriers Arms)
REMUNERATION
The Persal Hotel Group pay all award loadings and penalties that our team are entitled to.
