Your new role
This position involves leading and managing the financial business partnering model and financial management function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities
* Preparing financial statements and managing taxation obligations (FBT, BAS, GST, payroll tax)
* Providing financial support to project teams and executive leadership
* Conducting financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide investment decisions
* Driving improvements in financial systems, processes and policy frameworks
* Building strong stakeholder relationships to enhance financial performance and risk management
What you'll need to succeed
o Demonstrated ability to lead a finance business partnering team
o Proven experience in financial management and team leadership
o Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
o Ability to collaborate extensively with executive leadership
o Knowledge of financial legislation and accounting standards
o Experience with innovative planning and forecasting tools
o CA, CPA or CFA qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
