Job Title: Key Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to lead our key account division. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, developing and nurturing existing relationships, and filling critical roles across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own division with autonomy and flexible working conditions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to deliver results-driven recruitment solutions
* Source and fill high-caliber candidates for finance, HR, IT, and business support roles
* Lead by example and help build a team of talented professionals
* Partner with marketing and business development teams to drive growth opportunities
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in external agency recruitment with a strong billing background
* Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships and deliver results
* Experience building or leading a team and working autonomously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
