The Opportunity
We have a new opportunity for a Document Controller to join our Energy and Utilities business supporting the Unity Water program. This role involves supporting a team of document management professionals who enforce controlled processes and practices for document creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility. These controls govern the entire document lifecycle in alignment with Downer's Integrated Management System (The Downer Standard) and specific project requirements.
This is a full-time permanent position that will be based out of our Mango Hill office with flexible and hybrid working options available to allow for a work/life balance. Please note, this role may require frequent travel to other project offices/sites across Brisbane.
What we are looking for
We are ideally looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience in a Document Control role or a highly capable administrator with an interest in a career in Document Control.
* Experienced in the use of EDMS and actively developing proficiency is highly regarded.
* InEight Document (TeamBinder) configuration and system knowledge is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated understanding of document control principles and methodologies.
* Knowledge of document control best practices, standards, and procedures.
* A can‐do attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and ways of working.
