We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our biodiversity planning initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic biodiversity planning policy and providing expert guidance to support land-use planning projects.
Key responsibilities include taking a lead role in developing strategic biodiversity planning policy, contributing to the development of new planning schemes, serving as a trusted technical authority, providing expert advice, managing complex projects, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating biodiversity outcomes into strategic land-use planning initiatives, a degree in land-use and/or environmental planning, biodiversity or a related field, and a solid understanding of environmental and land-use planning principles and frameworks.
