THE POSITION
* Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events.
* Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards.
* Hands on leadership with some sandwich making and food preparation.
* Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
* Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
THE PERSON
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proven experience in coffee making and front of house required.
* Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
* Organised, reliable, and confident managing service in a busy environment.
