ADP Consulting is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Advisor to join our People and Culture team on a 14-month fixed term contract in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver strategic talent acquisition initiatives that attract, engage and hire exceptional people across technical and corporate functions.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a sustainability-led engineering consultancy that is continuing to grow. You'll bring a strong mix of proactive sourcing, stakeholder partnership, market insight and recruitment process improvement, helping ADP strengthen its talent capability and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What is your role?

Reporting to the Director | People and Culture, you'll play a key role in leading, shaping and delivering ADP's talent acquisition strategy.

Your day-to-day will include:

* Leading end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical and corporate roles, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
* Leading and supporting a Talent Advisor who reports into this role, providing guidance, development and day-to-day direction across recruitment delivery.
* Building proactive sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, passive candidate engagement and market mapping.
* Partnering with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment advice and support hiring decisions.
* Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing insights to help guide hiring decisions and identify opportunities for improvements.
* Coaching hiring managers on best practice interviewing, selection and unconscious bias mitigation.
* Contributing to recruitment panel management, supplier performance and broader recruitment cost optimisation initiatives.
* Partnering with our Senior People Operations Advisor to improve recruitment systems, workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and quality of hire.
* Supporting employer branding activity in partnership with Marketing, including campaigns, events and education partnerships.
* Championing diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and ensuring recruitment activities align with employment legislation and best practice.
About you

You're a confident and commercially minded recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels. You bring a proactive, solutions focused mindset, strong judgement and a genuine passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

You'll ideally bring:

* 8+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within engineering, consulting or another technical environment.
* Strong capability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, passive candidate engagement and talent pipelining.
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage top talent.
* Confidence partnering with hiring managers and leaders on recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
* A strong understanding of recruitment compliance, employment law and inclusive hiring practices.
* Experience improving recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency across ATS and HRIS platforms, Job Adder experience highly regarded.
