About the Role
We currently have an opportunity available at our Wagga Wagga Store for a Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance, and driving sales and growth.
With safety as a core focus in everything that is done, the Store Manager will drive sales and productivity while identifying and coordinating the team's individual training and development needs. The role reports to the State Regional Operations Manager and offers career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and empower staff, ensuring compliance and safe work practices and maximizing store performance. Drive sales targets and business initiatives while ensuring superior service delivery and recognizing opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Leveraging diverse skills and operational experience, you should demonstrate effective influencing and leadership skills, determination to drive exceptional service delivery, and a strong commitment to health and safety. A Certificate IV in Front Line Management is desirable.
Skills and Experience
* Sound influencing and mentoring skills
* Effective relationship management and the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with key stakeholders
* Commitment to health and safety
* Certificate IV in Front Line Management (desirable)
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Knowledge of the tyre industry would assist but is not essential.
