We're looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to drive engagement and scams awareness through 1:1, digital, and above-the-line channels. You'll use data and insights to lead targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and awareness to help keep customers safe from scams.
You'll work with our dedicated squad on a wide range of initiatives including experimentation, digital content, optimisation and targeted scams education initiatives.

You'll be part of the Scams & Fraud Squad, within Retail Customer Marketing. You'll work with a collaborative team and stakeholders who are committed to helping customers stay safe from scams.
On any given week you will
· Work closely with our marketing, corporate affairs, product and behavioural science teams to deliver initiatives and communications.
· Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives that align to our Scams & Fraud strategy
· Use customer and industry insights to shape and optimise initiatives and comms strategy
· Ensure alignment across strategic and marketing activity
Scams & fraud prevention is a strategic priority for CommBank. To be successful in this role you will develop strong stakeholder relationships across multiple areas and support a range of digital initiatives.
We are interested to hear from people with
· Customer focus and solid digital marketing skills
· Proven stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiating skills
· Risk management awareness and experience
· Hands on experience with end-to-end campaign delivery
· Strong copy and written communication skills highly regarded
· Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive initiatives
· Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
