As a Manager for Finance Business Partnering, your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial direction of the organisation. You will be responsible for developing key performance indicators, identifying business opportunities for cost savings, performing detailed scenario analysis, improving business analysis capabilities, providing technical training to your team, leading investigations into business processes, completing monthly management reports, and working closely with the financial accounting team. Your ability to handle large amounts of data from multiple systems using Power Bi will be crucial in driving decisions.
* Develop, collate and review key performance indicators and provide guidance to business managers and executives on market trends.
* Identify and analyse business opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
* Perform detailed scenario analysis to guide decision making on future strategies with cost/benefit modelling of projects and initiatives.
* Improve and develop business analysis capability using Data sets and Power Bi reports handling large amounts of data from multiple systems.
* Provide technical training and knowledge sharing with team to improve capability and team culture.
* Lead investigations and recommendations to the business and financial accounting on processes.
* Complete monthly management reports, including Board, Executive and Operational management team reporting.
* Work closely with the financial accounting team to improve data integrity.
As a Manager for Finance Business Partnering, you bring a wealth of experience in finance or a related field along with CA or CPA qualifications. Your expertise in building and maintaining Power Bi dashboards will be invaluable as you handle large amounts of database extracted from data warehouse from multiple systems. Your previous experience in business partnering or advisory roles within a high performing team and in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to influence and guide decision making within the organisation. Experience in an organisation with a dispersed geographic service base would be an advantage, as would experience in Aged Care provision especially in the Retirement Living sector and regulatory framework.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with CA or CPA qualification
* Experience in building and maintaining Power Bi dashboards
* Previous experience in business partnering or advisory roles within a high performing team
* Experience in reporting and statistical within tight timeframes
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in an organisation with a dispersed geographic service base would be an advantage
* Experience in Aged Care provision especially in the Retirement Living sector and regulatory framework would be highly regarded
