The Guardsman is an immersive South Australian brand. The recently renovated 'Dining Hall' has become one of Adelaide's favourite gastro eateries, located in the iconic Adelaide Railway Station. The ideal location for morning coffee, Friday knock-offs, functions and events, game day celebrations and everything in between. We are seeking passionate, highly-motivated and experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team, offering training and development to our staff and maintaining our 5-star customer service standards. We expect our successful candidates to be able to lead by example, performing all restaurant and bar duties as required.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and offerings; monitor the quality of products and services.
* Effectively communicate with all staff about current happenings and treat guests with warmth and welcome.
* Lead by example in restaurant and bar duties and provide supervision to the team as required.
* Manage shifts, coordinate with the team, and uphold 5-star customer service standards.

You will possess demonstrated experience in a supervisory role, showcasing a proven ability to lead teams to success. You will exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at inspiring and motivating others towards common goals. You will excel in problem-solving and decision-making, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational capabilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Above all, you will harbour a deep passion for driving results and achieving excellence across all facets of operations.
