Overview

Anglicare is seeking a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) to provide high-quality family dispute resolution and mediation services to separating and separated families. This part-time role (2 days per week) supports parents to reach safe, child-focused and workable parenting and property arrangements.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage family dispute resolution matters from intake through to completion, delivering best-practice services in line with legislative and organisational requirements. You will work collaboratively within a supportive team and with external services to ensure families receive holistic and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering family dispute resolution and property mediation services
* Conducting comprehensive assessments, including identifying family violence and safety risks
* Supporting clients to negotiate parenting plans and/or property agreements
* Issuing Section 60I certificates where required
* Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
* Referring clients to legal, counselling and community supports as appropriate
You Will Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline
* Registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department
* Experience working with children and families in mediation, counselling or family services
* Strong communication, assessment and case management skills
* Commitment to child-focused, inclusive and culturally respectful practice
* Current NSW Driver Licence and required compliance checks
