No two days are the same! As Personal Care Assistant you will:
* Deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
* Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks.
* Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional engagement.
* Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
* Work collaboratively with the team, communicating effectively and maintaining accurate, confidential care records.
About You
You'll thrive with us if you have:
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
* Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Reliable and committed, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
* Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
* Meet the legislative requirements for Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
