We are currently seeking for casual to permanent-part time Home Care Worker to support our senior in their homes
* Willing to drive reasonable distance to clients in these locations
* Available immediately is preferred
* Own a reliable vehicle
* Flexible time and days (pick the time and days that suit you)
* Scheduled shifts around your available days and times
* Able to commit to accepted shifts
About The Role :
Welcoming team with compassionate and dependable Home Care Worker (Aged Care) to support seniors in living safely and independently in their own homes.
This role is more than just work, it's about making a real difference in senior's life every day. Complete with flexible hours and working days, this role is perfect for someone seeking meaningful work in the community supporting seniors with daily activities that truly enhance their quality of life.
Your role will include providing :
- domestic assistance
- personal care
- social support, and transport for shopping/appointments.
What Do You Need :
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
* Highly desirable : minimal 2 years of experience working in Aged Care
* Personality : caring, reliable, and communicate well with clients, families, and our team
* You bring patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in seniors' lives
* Multilingual and speak foreign languages, highly desirable but not a must
Must Have Requirements :
Reside / willing to work in these suburbs : Redland Bayside – Victoria Point, Thornlands, Cleveland, Birkdale, Capalaba
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Current Flu Vaccination
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Open Australian Driver Licence
Reliable registered own vehicle with comprehensive insurance that you can use for work
Permanent Australian Resident or have work rights. Please note we DO NOT offered sponsorship for this position.
