Operational Risk Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to develop and manage operational risk systems.
This key role involves overseeing compliance with critical legislative and regulatory requirements, including dam safety, high-risk tasks, and environmental standards.
You will facilitate risk reviews, coordinate group risk assessments, and produce high-quality supporting documentation.
As a key advisor, you'll champion risk management tools, deliver training, and ensure strategic and operational documentation meets ISO EMS/QMS and NATA certification standards.
Responsibilities include audit preparation and participation, managing corrective actions, monitoring compliance activities, and advising on legislative changes.
You will also lead document control processes, develop training packages, and provide technical support to ensure best practice across all operational areas.
