Are you able to bring clarity to complex situations and meet customer expectations? In a planner role at Mammoet, you'll have responsibility for ensuring there is a practical, organized method of executing engineering plans. You will need to establish the most effective way of coordinating all moving parts, and also be able to think on your feet if things change.
Based in our Naval Base Depot, working 40 hour's per week Monday to Friday. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our Transport Coordinators, Managers and Supervisors to assist with planning equipment and personnel for our clients and work scopes.
WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING:
- Manage project schedules and performance reports
- Advise on equipment and personnel requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Maintain equipment administration
- Liaise with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Assist with Main Road Permits
- Ensure a high level of delivery is achieved
WHAT YOUâLL NEED:
- General knowledge / experience in planning or scheduling ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of transport or special devices highly regarded
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to form strong relationships and be a team player
- Adaptable and resilient to change
- A desire to learn, willingness to take ownership and a good attitude
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
