We’re now seeking a Full Time Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who’s currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives.
Where you’ll work
With the support of a dynamic teaching team and access to life skills in the form of an early years swimming program, Y Learn and Swim Long Day Care provides a great variety of opportunities for children to develop their learning through fun and practical experiences. The team are looking for educators who are excited about sharing in children’s learning journeys as they grow into accomplished and independent individuals.
Role Details:
Certificate III or Diploma Educator
Monday – Friday Rotating Shifts
38 hours per week
What You’ll Do
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you’ll:
· Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
· Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
· Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
· Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences

What You’ll Bring
· Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
· A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
· Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
