**Job Summary**
As the Womenswear Buyer for LSKD you will work collaboratively with our design and production teams and lead the supply of key ranges for our Retail Stores, E-Commerce and Wholesale business. You'll know our stats on what our community wants and will analyse and forecast buying trends, so we've always got the goods for our Community.
**The day to day**:
- Develop the category strategy for new season ranges in line with overall brand strategies, events and forecasts
- Set and manage planning metrics at a top down and bottom up level such as inventory budgets, open to buy, stock turn, sales and margin goals.
- Prepare and present category performance based on sales, sell through rates and other data
- Allocate stock to ensure our retail stores have the right mix of stock for their local markets, with inclusive sizing availability.
- Communicate style changes effectively to team and ensure actions are made
- Communicate any price changes that need to be actioned at store level
- Update buying plan and ensure our systems reflect correct numbers per category

- Experience as a Buyer with local knowledge of the fashion/street/sport industry
- Planning experience is desirable
- Have previous experience in leading and developing a team
- Passion for product and buying
- Experience with product management systems
- Competency in excel is a must - VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are our JAM
- Confident in communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Passionate and willing to be constantly learning and growing
- Adaptable: Thrives in uncertainty and can change priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Core Business knowledge: Is able to quickly understand and address business information (e.g., profit and loss statements, budgets and sales forecasts, retail strategy and approaches
