Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of daily operations within their designated area during their shift. This includes maintaining service standards, adhering to hotel policies and procedures, and overseeing staff management tasks such as recruitment, training, and rostering. The role aims to ensure a high-quality guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Service & Experience: Attend proactively to guest needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage guest flow during breakfast service and oversee reservation systems for smooth seating arrangements.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily breakfast service and coordinate across food and beverage outlets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure staff presentation standards.
* Training & Culture: Deliver ongoing training to staff, promote open communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
* Compliance & Procedures: Enforce hotel policies, health & safety guidelines, and financial protocols. Monitor equipment and implement controls to prevent losses.
* Stock & Administration: Manage stock levels, complete revenue audits, and ensure accurate reporting. Secure all areas post-shift and collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
