Coles, Apple, holidays & more Long term permanent Full Time secure position with the opportunity for career growth About the role: Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides relief support across various depots, covering administrative duties, management functions, driving and training as required Key Responsibilities: Daily operational management & supervision of all company staff and contractors a Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Comply with all external regulatory requirements – including BFM Manage freight assets & scheduling functions to optimise vehicle efficiencies Maintain required customer service levels Supervise team including rostering staff in accordance with operational requirements Inventory Management of bulk & packaged goods stock Travel as needed The successful applicant will require: Previous experience in heavy vehicle &/or fuel industry an advantage Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility legislation Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail Effective communicator with proven record of building & maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
