Find out more at The People & Culture (P&C) Team Executive Assistant, reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), plays a key role in supporting the P&C function by providing proactive administrative support to senior P&C leaders, managing financial and vendor processes, assisting with governance and reporting, coordinating events, supporting reward & recognition programs, and operational processes.The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing employee experience through effective communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities Senior Leader Administration SupportManage diaries for the CPCO, facilitate travel bookings, schedules, and expense management for CPCO and P&C leadership.Support the design and production of documents, reports, and presentations.Assist with Board reporting, including creating agendas, tracking actions, proof-reading, formatting documents, and managing board packs.Governance and ReportingSupport governance and reporting activities for CPCO and P&C Leadership Team.Reward, Benefits, and RecognitionSupport activities like Monthly & Quarterly Awards, act as the primary contact for corporate partnerships and benefits inquiries, and assist with the Annual Wellbeing Calendar.Financial & Vendor ManagementCoordinate vendors, process purchase orders, invoices, and reconcile payments.Track contract dates, renewals, and liaise with Accounts Payable.Monitor purchase orders and invoices against budgets.P&C Team CoordinationParticipate in P&C meetings, support agenda creation, action tracking, and minute-taking.Coordinate team meetings, oversee planned leave, support team activities, and event coordination.Assist with onboarding of new team members, support Workplace Health & Safety activities, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
