The Role:

* You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.

* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.

* Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest.

* Complete day-to-day office administration tasks.

* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.

* Possession of a valid driver's license.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
