The Hedge Man is Adelaide's oldest gardening company. We began life many decades ago as a dedicated specialist hedging service which has grown to now offer full landscaping and gardening services to residential clients, private estates and discerning businesses. We do not do rinse and repeat commercial work. As one of Adelaide's leading green space companies and (still) Adelaide's premier hedge specialist, we are looking to grow our team to help look after some of the most prestigious properties in South Australia and also some of the humble ones and everything in between.
Unlike many gardening and landscaping companies, The Hedge Man is committed to delivering exceptional quality. We take the time to carefully tailor our services to each client's unique needs, using products and techniques that align with their preferences. Our focus is on providing a meticulous, high-standard service that leaves every property pristine.
If you share our passion for excellence in gardening and are eager to join a team that values quality and craftsmanship, we would love to hear from you
You will enjoy working at The Hedge Man for many reasons:
* A team environment: Whilst day to day you will work in teams of 2-3, we regularly all get together for training, tool box, equipment maintenance or simply just to say hi. * You are a person: a husband, a mother, a brother, a daughter. You have a family and personal commitments and we get that you are simply trying (just like the rest of us) to do your best to balance work / life. As a family friendly business we embrace flexibility and we do our best to help our THM family do their best. This includes mandated time of in school holidays and Christmas to spend time with the family.
* We are not a revolving door: We hire people we want to lift up and encourage to be the best they can be. We actively encourage and pay for additional training and qualifications
