THE POSITION
- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students at The Cathedral School of St Ann
- Work as part of a small, supportive team preparing short-order meals
- The role will have a focus on menu development and cost control responsibilities.
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
- Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery * Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- 2-3 years' experience as a chef & Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Confident working with dietary requirements and allergen management protocols
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency across multiple meal services
