A little about the role: We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join our client’s team from 1st July 2022.
You can choose to work full time or part time which will provide you time to experience all that the area has to offer.
In this role, you will be well supported; there are 2 x lab techs in their sterile room and 1 x a lab tech in their nonsterile room.
As the compounding pharmacist, you will be responsible for the supervision, oversight, and quality control of the work carried out by the lab technicians.
Skills and Experience:
- Registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Compounding experience necessary.
- Management / supervisory experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience adhering to strict quality management protocols
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Experience working within a team.
- Correct working rights to work in Australia
- Strong organisational skills
- Demonstrate solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Respect the privacy rights of the customer and business and handle all matters with discretion and confidentiality
