Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Lead and mentor a team of Property Managers, BDMs, and Leasing Consultants.
* Drive training and professional development to grow and upskill the team.
* Oversee daily operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
* Improve processes and implement strategies to boost performance.
* Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and key stakeholders.

About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a natural born leader. The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this position will have:
* Proven leadership experience in property management, with a strong record of team success
* In-depth knowledge of QLD tenancy laws and minimum housing standards
* Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and people skills
* Skilled in managing risk and resolving conflict with a solutions-first approach
* Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence & valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
