RTO Administration Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VET administration professional to join our team. As an RTO Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and delivery of vocational education and training (VET) services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to trainers and assessors to ensure smooth delivery of VET programs
* Manage student records, enrolments, and assessments with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from schools and students in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Comprehensive VET experience acquired through prior RTO experience
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* A positive can-do attitude
* Strong attention to detail
* A proactive approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
* A great work ethic and adaptability
* Student Management System (SMS) experience
* Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including 'Teams'
