We are now looking for reliable andcommunity-minded Transport Drivers to join our team and play an important rolein supporting our clients.
About the role:
As a Transport Driver, you will help ensure clientscan safely access medical and specialist appointments, while providing apositive and supportive experience along the way.
This is a highly valued role where you'll be thefriendly face of AWAHS in the community.
Key responsibilities:
* Transport clients safely to and from appointments
* Assist with delivery of prescriptions and other items
* Provide a respectful, professional and culturally safe service
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel and weekly safety checks
* Complete journey records and vehicle logbooks
* Support with appointment bookings and phone enquiries
* Promote AWAHS services within the community
About you:
You are someone who enjoys helping others and takespride in providing a reliable and respectful service.
You will bring:
* A safe driving history (driving record required)
* Good knowledge of the Albury/Wodonga area
* Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
* The ability to stay organised and solve problems on the go
* A current Driver's Licence
