We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a diverse industrial and business park property portfolio. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, this role provides hands‑on exposure to all aspects of commercial property management while building strong technical and stakeholder capability.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their property career who is keen to develop deep technical knowledge, commercial acumen and long‑term growth within a leading property organisation.
Day-to-day
Support the administration and management of commercial leases across a defined property portfolio
Draft commercial terms, Heads of Agreement and internal licence agreements for review
Create presentations and strategy documents
Assist with arrears management and preparation of lease administration documentation
Prepare legal notices, correspondence and internal memos (including market reviews and make‑good settlements)
Upload and manage documentation through DocuSign and internal systems
Attend customer meetings, site inspections and portfolio meetings alongside senior team members
Develop an understanding of market conditions influencing valuations, rents and asset performance
Carry out all duties in line with the Goodman Safety Management System
As your experience grows, additional responsibilities will be introduced to support your ongoing development
Requirements
You'll bring a strong foundation in property administration or assistant property management, with a genuine interest in building a long‑term career in commercial property.
A completed or in‑progress Bachelor's degree in a property‑related discipline
Experience in property administration or assistant property management ideal
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
PowerPoint skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Must hold current driver's licence
