About The Role
This flagship site in Brisbane has recently undergone significant transformation and presents a unique opportunity to shape its future. Operating two production shifts across a complex mix of manual and automated lines, the site requires a confident leader to drive performance, structure, and culture.
You’ll lead three Production Leads and a CI Manager, building accountability, engaging the team, and partnering cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and innovation to ensure smooth integration of new products and equipment.
The workforce is engaged but ready for a coach—someone who can shift the mindset from reactive workarounds to proactive continuous improvement. With a newly negotiated EBA and a flexible IR environment, the stage is set to influence culture and deliver lasting impact.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing
* Strong operational and commercial acumen with a hands-on leadership style
* Expertise in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
* Deep understanding of food safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Excellent communicator who inspires and connects across all levels
