Territory Manager – NSW South & ACT (Multibrand)
Six Degrees Executive are excited to partner with a well-established, fast-growing Australian gourmet food distributor as they continue to invest in their national sales capability. With a strong reputation for bringing high-quality, innovative products to market, this business supplies a diverse portfolio across health foods, beverages, confectionery and specialty grocery.
Due to continued growth and a renewed focus on field execution, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential region.
This role reports directly to the Sales Director and is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution and building strong relationships across the Independent Grocery channel. You will manage a multibrand portfolio, working closely with store owners and buyers to increase ranging, improve in-store execution and unlock new opportunities across NSW South and the ACT.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across Independent Grocery, health food and specialty retail channels
• Driving distribution, ranging and visibility across a multibrand portfolio
• Managing and growing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Executing promotional programs, merchandising and in-store activation plans
• Providing strong market insights and feedback to support broader sales and brand strategy
We're looking for a hungry, driven sales professional with proven Territory Management experience in FMCG, grocery or foodservice. You'll be comfortable operating autonomously in the field, thrive in a fast-moving environment and bring strong commercial instincts to your work. Most importantly, you'll be reliable, structured and motivated to build a long-term career, with the opportunity to progress into more senior leadership roles over time.
