**Drive Sales Growth and Revenue**: In this dynamic sales role, you will focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share by fostering strong relationships with current and future referrers. You will be responsible for promoting the value of services, managing territory-specific sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will develop and enhance relationships with referrers to meet and exceed regional revenue and procedure targets. You will prioritize outreach efforts based on referral potential and ensure exceptional customer service.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams, including Radiologists and clinic staff, to facilitate open two-way communication and ensure service improvements and optimize customer engagement.
You will utilize Salesforce to manage and monitor referrer data, track activity effectiveness, and optimize customer outreach. Regularly reporting sales and procedure performance, identifying growth opportunities within your territory is also part of your responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of clinic services and pricing to effectively address referrer needs. You will actively seek and provide competitor intelligence to help inform business and marketing strategies.
You will work closely with clinic leadership teams, Regional Managers, and other Account Managers to ensure a positive work environment and high-quality service delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, health, or business-related field are highly desirable. At least 2 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally in the healthcare sector, is required. While prior knowledge of radiology services is not essential, the ability to quickly grasp and learn technical information is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary for this role. Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.
A current Australian Driver's License is necessary for travel purposes.
