Based in Bella Vista, this entry-level, full-time traineeship gives you the chance to earn a Certificate III in Business while gaining real-world experience in a supportive team. What You'll Be Doing:
* Responding to phone and email enquiries
* Operate within (or exceed ) SLA's and KPI's
* Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support
* Assisting with quotes, client communication and account coordination
* Performing general admin tasks like data entry, filing and document prep
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
* Friendly, confident and well-spoken
* Eager to learn and grow in a business environment
* Reliable, organised and has strong attention to detail
* Interested in sales, customer service and admin support
* Eligible to undertake a 12 month Certificate III in Business through a full-time traineeship
