Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
This is a challenging role that requires someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for co-ordinating the recruitment and onboarding of staff, administration of employment documentation, accurate employee payroll data management and overseeing exit practices in conjunction with Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate the recruitment and onboarding of staff
* Administer employment documentation
* Manage employee payroll data
* Oversee exit practices in conjunction with Management
Requirements:
1. Ambitious individual with a passion for Human Resources
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
4. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
5. Minimum two (2) years' experience in an Advisor level role
