Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee meal planning and preparation, ensuring a variety of nutritious and appetising options.
* Manage kitchen operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to cater to dietary needs and restrictions.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensure you understand and maintain the ACQSC standards for dining experience.
