Responsibilities:
* Monitoring Compliance: Ensure alignment between approved schedules of rates and resource cost tracking.
* Procure to Pay Process: Provide direct support and administration for the procure to pay process.
* Financial Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of financial data for resources, enabling timely and accurate cost recognition, allocation, and reporting.
* Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis, including campaign reviews and performance overviews, as required.
* Cost Control Processes: Maintain, develop, and improve cost control processes and procedures.
* Digital Initiatives: Contribute to the creation and execution of digital initiatives.
