Global systems require a permanent administrator to join a busy operational team supporting multiple complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and processes.
* Handle complex incident management, analysing operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement in service processes.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage service requests and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
* Develop and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize service disruptions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a system administration role.
* Experience in either network, Linux or application/system support.
* Excellent communication skills, able to work directly with customers delivering to service level agreements.
