Project Management Professional
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing project governance, managing change control processes, and monitoring project finances. They will also be required to prepare formal project progress reports and ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is entered into our internal database.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Establish project governance, processes, and systems to ensure effective project delivery.
* Manage change control processes and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project requirements.
* Monitor and advise on project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is entered into our internal database.
* Lead project teams and interface with clients and other consultants as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management and/or construction management, and be professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
