This is the kind of tomorrow we're imagining us and help drive the future.**About the role**Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring procurement activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with governance requirements. You'll provide operational procurement support, manage purchase orders and supplier data, and act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong transactional procurement experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment**How you'll make an impact*** Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities including raising, amending, receipting, and monitoring purchase orders* Act as the first point of contact for internal queries relating to purchase orders, invoices, and payments* Liaise with suppliers to resolve day-to-day queries and payment issues* Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier information in Coupa or equivalent systems* Produce procurement reports and maintain spend and supplier data using Excel and system-based tools* Identify and resolve PO, invoice, or payment issues, escalating risks where required* Support the Procurement Manager with reporting, analysis, and delivery of procurement initiatives* Ensure all activities comply with TFA procurement policies, probity, and governance standards**Your attributes**You are detail-oriented, organised, and confident working with procurement and finance systems. You enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and supporting effective procurement outcomes.* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related discipline* 1–2 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, accounts payable, or a related field* Experience with P2P processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier payments* Exposure to Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or similar procurement/finance systems* Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills* A proactive and collaborative working style**Life at Toyota & What we offer you** We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
