About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team.
This hands-on role includes servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools and their equipment.
You'll be working directly with customers to deliver exceptional service and reliable results.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular pool servicing, cleaning, and water testing
Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters
Install pool equipment and provide recommendations to customers
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Work independently and manage daily schedules effectively
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Pool Technician (essential)
Strong understanding of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry
Current driver's license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, driven, and committed to high-quality workmanship
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Desire to grow within the company and develop professionally
