Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced and engaging role. As an integral part of our business, you will be involved with nearly every project from small to large.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling technicians/tradespeople daily, taking job requests, booking and scheduling technicians' jobs, organising onsite logistics with clients, managing relationships, and more.
This is a Monday - Friday role working daily from our office. Ideally, you will have experience in scheduling technicians/tradespeople, inventory management, procurement, customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Scheduling technicians/tradespeople out to projects
* Inventory management or procurement background
* High level of customer service
* Strong desire to work as part of a cohesive team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Efficient time management skills
