Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist in our stores, you will work with advanced technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will understand the lives behind the eyes and help customers maximize their lifestyle enjoyment with tailored eyecare, providing the highest level of customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse range of customers, including children, contact lens wearers, and therapeutics.
* Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
* Explain lens technology, features, and benefits, including coatings and extras.
* Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists on technology use and recommendations.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue through technology, efficient labor use, and Medicare billing.
