About The Role
The Customer Service & Sales Support role is a full-time position based in Welshpool, WA. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time.
In This Role You Will
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and sometimes in person
- Process orders promptly and accurately
- Provide sales and support using your product knowledge
- Keep customers updated and inform them of order updates
- Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport
- Other general administration as required
Your hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm.
What You Bring To The Role
- Have enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills; SAP experience desirable
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match
- Willingness to learn
