Position Description
A first class organisation that continues to grow, this company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Payroll Officer who has ideally used Payglobal or ADP to join their team in a permanent position.
You will have the opportunity to grow, develop and enhance your payroll experience within a high performing team.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinating payroll for a large, high volume payroll
Reconciliation of pay and leave entitlements
Processing of new starter and leaver paperwork
Responding to payroll queries
Payroll salary increases and assisting with end of month and end of year activities
Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folder, hand out starter pack, collect police check and reimburse police check expense
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in payroll using either Payglobal or ADP is highly advantageous
High level of attention to detail
Effective time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
