We are seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
**About the role:**
A major component of this position is providing quality customer service to the planning and development industry clients, requiring highly developed verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
- Coordinating meetings and building/plumbing inspections;
- Preparing correspondence and statutory approvals; and
- Providing information and advice to customers both verbally and face-to-face.
**Key requirements:**
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high workload office environment;
- Well-organised with excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Substantial administration and customer service experience with attention to detail, relevant to the role.

A competitive salary commencing from $2,507.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.22 gross per fortnight + superannuation (11.5%). Additional benefits include training and development opportunities, generous leave entitlements and more.
