Job Description
* Maintain accurate financial records through bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of prepayments and accruals.
* Support end-to-end payroll processes, including journal postings and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee fixed assets and general ledger maintenance, ensuring up-to-date and reliable financial data.
* Contribute to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery.
The Successful Applicant
* Requires 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant.
* Ongoing commitment to attaining Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualifications.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded.
